Nanxing Machine Compatibility Overview

Nanxing through-feed edge banders are widely installed across Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and South America. While new factory installations often demand high output, standard standalone units require 2 or 3 operators for panel handling.

By integrating the Shunxin SX-370L U-Shape Return Conveyor, workshops convert their Nanxing line into a single-operator circulation loop without modifying the host machine internal wiring.

Mechanical Height & Flange Alignment

1. Outfeed Table Height: Adjust the leveling stands of the Shunxin air-cushion transition table to match Nanxing’s outfeed rail height (typically 900mm ± 25mm).
2. Side Guide Clearance: Ensure a 100mm overlap between the edge bander outfeed belt and the return line pressurized transition plate.

Sensor & Electrical Synchronization

• Connect the photoelectric optical sensor on the transition bed to the Shunxin VFD control cabinet.
• When a workpiece exits the Nanxing track, the sensor triggers the air flotation blower and starts the motorized return rollers automatically, preventing panel congestion.
