What is an MDR (Motorized Driven Roller)?
A motorized conveyor roller has a high-torque brushless DC or AC motor and compact planetary gearbox built directly inside the roller tube itself. Unlike traditional bulky external motor and drive chain setups, motorized rollers provide:
- Ultra-Low Noise: Operating below 55 dB;
- Zero Maintenance: No chains to lubricate or tension;
- Zone-Controlled Accumulation: Only the rollers carrying a panel spin, saving up to 40% electricity.
